SYNOPSIS

Helena loves Demetrius but Demetrius loves Hermia, and Hermia loves Lysander. When Egeus complains to the Duke of Athens about her daughter's disobedience in rejecting Demetrius, Hermia is threatened with death and decides to elope with Lysander to the forest.  Desperate for Demetrius' attention, Helena tells him of Hermia's flight and they follow them both in hot pursuit.  Add a feud between the King and Queen of the Fairies, the antics of mischievous hobgoblin Puck, and the hopeless rehearsals of a hapless group of amateur actors, and the four lovers find themselves in a fever dream where roles are reversed and childhood friendships abandoned to hilarious chaos.
